“ Best Thai food in Brooklyn hands down. Get the drunken noodles but if they ask do you want it American spicy or Thai spicy... say American spicy . ”
“ Delicious chicken pad thai. I like pad thai that has a lot of sauce and isn't going to be dry when I reheat it. Friendly staff. Crab Rangoon was also delicious. The portion sizes for both plates were huge! This would be my go to Thai restaurant if I lived in the city. ”
“ Hubby and I dined here after a long time. We were both craving Thai food. It's usually hard to find parking atound this place so i was happy this time we found a parking spot. We got a table pretty quickly and placed our order before the kitchen closed. For appetizers, we got our usual green papaya salad (mild) and chicken satay. As usually it was yummy. For entrees, we ordered duck curry with vegetables and ka prow. The duck curry was good but I wish it was they served one with more meat . ”
“ Every once in a while, you stumble across a good restaurant in an unfamiliar neighborhood that leaves you happy, full, and content. We arrived about 40 minutes before the restaurant took its midday break for lunch, but the staff was eager to seat us and encouraged us to come in. Every plate we had was absolutely amazing, the service was superb, and we even got a glimpse into the different meals the restaurant employees prepared for their own enjoyment. It was a memorable experience, and I hope to have the chance to eat here again in the future. I highly recommend the crab fried rice and their Thai tea and Thai coffee. ”
“ AMAZING Thai authentic place we ordered, Tom Yum soup (Nice and hot !! No leaking!! ) , Papaya Salad, Larb Salad and Green curry fried rice! It was all amazing and really flavorful, delicious!! Hot and fresh and we love them all! Just Spicy is really spicy but I love them :) Thank you so much !! ”
“ It's been a long time since I've been here, but I really enjoyed my dinner at this hidden Thai gem with my family! Holic wings brought a crispy, tender, and juicy sweet chili sensation, while the roti can charmed with its fresh, sweet notes paired with chicken and potato. The crab meat fried rice, a delightful mound of perfection, and the tum yum fried rice offered a zesty citrus and spicy flavor. The Hawaiian duck curry had sweet, savory, spicy, and curry notes. This restaurant is on the smaller side. It's always dimly at night with candles. They make their food made to order and if you pay by cash you save 10% off. They also offer lunch specials everyday. ”
“ I usually love this place for takeout but my recent order was disappointing (only the drunken noodle). The crab Rangoon are consistently crack, the vegetable dumplings aren't bad, the pad Thai is full of flavor, and the pad see ew is excellent but their drunken noodles were not good last night. Whenever we've ordered, I've been very happy, but the drunken noodle yesterday was flavorless, watery (there was a bunch of watery sauce on the bottom of my bowl), and NO noodle!!! I swear I double checked my order to see if I somehow ordered something with just meat, or ordered extra chicken by accident because there was such little noodle. I'm adding a pic of the bowl after I finished eating what little noodles there were - as you can see it's an entire container of chicken. Very weird and not that tasty. I will definitely think twice before getting their drunken noodle but will order from here again bc of how amazing everything else is. ”
“ Yum! Came here last night after an outing at Prospect Park. It was highly recommended by my friend and I was not disappointed. It's a cute little spot. I think there were about 5 tables inside, don't quote me on that though. I got the fried calamari to start, my friends got the crab Rangoon and chive pancakes. I was a little hesitant about the calamari because every single piece was triangle shaped. No tentacles in sight, which are my fave. It was really good though, perfectly cooked and the batter was flavorful. Nice crisp too. Not a fan of crab Rangoon all that much so I didn't try them but they looked so cute. All their cocktails are made with sake. I had already been drinking tequila but we wanted to try them anyway. I got the lychee mojito and my friend got the mango. Mine was really strong, there wasn't enough lychee flavor to combat the sake lol. But hey, that's not necessarily a bad thing, I just don't do well with strong. My friends mango one was a lot sweeter, you could actually see the purée change the color of the drink, so she loved it. That crab fried rice was the star of the show. Such a large amount of good quality lump crab meat, I was in heaven. We got the basil one because I wasn't in the mood for sour and spicy Tom Yum version. We got the medium spicy level which I felt was perfect. Spicy enough to give that tingling sensation on your lips but not too much where it's uncomfortable. Perfectly seasoned for my liking, not too sweet. They deliver to me too so I can't wait to have it again. I was fully expecting to order an entree as well but everything was so filling and the portions were huge but at least I have something to look forward to now. I was eyeing the crispy fish for sure and one of their salmon dishes. Can't wait! ”
“ Thai Holic is a rare breed. A trendy, vibrant, high quality restaurant in Brooklyn an unusually fair price point? I promise it does exist. I've indulged in plenty of Thai cuisine in my time. Thia holic however, easily features the most creative Thai menu I've seen. Sure you can go for crowd favorites like pad Thai, but then you'll miss out on duck over rice, green curry rice, and crab rice. The salmon basil is simply phenomenal. And be sure to leave room for one if many custom drinks like lychee mojito and strawberry bomb. I find few cuisine as satisfying as Thai, truly one of the greatest. When you're good, you're good....sometimes it's just that simple. Thai Holic is that kind of good! ”
